📦 Shipping Policy – Eden Vital Research

At Eden Vital Research, we are committed to processing and fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. Eden Vital Research is partnered with UPS to ensure the best shipping prices for our customers and only use USPS methods in the rare circumstance that customers reside outside of UPS service regions. Orders are typically packed and handed off to the selected carrier within 36 hours of an order being placed. Please note: Once a package is turned over to the carrier, delivery speed and tracking updates are out of our control. While we fulfill orders promptly, the responsibility for transit time, delays, and final delivery lies with the shipping carrier. We fulfill orders Monday–Friday and drop off orders to the carrier at the end of the day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm through Sunday will be processed and shipped the following business day. We are moving promptly to process your orders so please expect up to 24–30 hours to receive your order’s tracking information.

🚚 UPS Ground

• The most economical option for ordering your items.
• Shipping is handled through the United Parcel Service (UPS).
• Eden Vital Research fulfills orders daily, but UPS does not process Ground shipments on weekends.
• Some customers have reported delays in UPS tracking updates due to unscanned shipping labels.
• Delivery times may be impacted by weather or other unforeseen events.
• For the most accurate tracking, check the UPS website if your package appears delayed.
• Use the UPS Tracker and enter your tracking number from your confirmation email for the most current status of your order.

🚛 USPS Priority Mail

• USPS Priority Mail is an expedited shipping service which should be used if the customer resides outside of a UPS serviced region.
• Shipping does not guarantee a delivery date but is prioritized higher than USPS Ground Advantage mail service.
• Delivery takes place 6 days a week excluding Sundays.

🚛 UPS 2nd Day Air

• This shipping method is an expedited domestic option that targets a two-day delivery.
• Offers more consistent tracking and delivery timelines.
• Delivery days only count business days and can be expected by the end of the second business day.
• This service is a free carrier option on purchases over $200 and when selected at checkout (excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands).

⚡ UPS Next Day Air

• Our premium shipping option for urgent orders.
• If selected before the daily cutoff time, packages are shipped for guaranteed next business day delivery.
• Ideal for time-sensitive deliveries, though delays may occur due to weather or other uncontrollable factors.

🔁 Refund & Return Policy – Eden Vital Research

At Eden Vital Research, customer satisfaction is a top priority. While all products are intended for research use only and are subject to strict quality control, we understand that issues may arise. Our return and resolution policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and flexible within reason.

1️⃣ General Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept general returns for reasons unrelated to product condition (e.g., change of mind or improper storage post-delivery).

2️⃣ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To qualify for resolution:

• Email us with your order number.
• Attach clear photos of the product(s) in question in your email.

• A replacement shipment (no additional cost)
• A partial refund (in rare, approved cases)
• A store credit for future use

3️⃣ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by emailing us directly at support@edenvital.shop. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

4️⃣ Undeliverable or Returned Packages

• All packages are insured, so if a package is lost or damaged, please open a claim first with the UPS claims department and then contact us at support@edenvital.shop.
• Once a package is shipped, the shipper cannot alter the transit route or destination. If the shipping address is incorrect or undesired, the receiver should use UPS Change Delivery options to adjust delivery locations or drop-off times.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may attempt reshipment (free of charge) or offer a partial refund minus shipping and handling fees at our discretion.

We strive to bring your research products to you swiftly, but we understand packages in transit can experience the unexpected. If this happens, please contact us at support@edenvital.shop and we will work with you to ensure you receive your order.

• We are not responsible for issues related to product misuse, improper storage, or misapplication of research materials.
• Our products are for research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
